Marketing Mail Permit Discounts

These discounts can be substantial. The good news is we already have the permit, and as our customer, you automatically get the discounts.

CASS Encoding and Delivery Point Validation

This process double-checks your address list for accuracy and validity. It also automatically adds ZIP+4 and other related info to qualify you for automation rate discounts.

The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) is another USPS service we employ effectively for our customers. It lets us evaluate and update key target information within specific ZIP code areas.

Tracking Service

We offer tracking of your mail pieces in a timeline to their final destination and arrival date.

Discounts By the Number

500+ pieces or 50 pounds of First Class mail (including cards, letters, flats, parcels) qualify for a reduced rate. Pre-sorted, machinable and automated pieces can also qualify for discounts when prepared properly. Similar discounts apply to Marketing Mail of 200+ pieces or over 50 total pounds. We are experts at assuring that our customers have access to every available discount.

A Good Mailing List is a Great Start

The easier you make it for the Post Office, the easier they make it on your schedule and budget. And it starts with your mailing list. Here are some tips:

  • • Keep each address line under 50 characters. Split longer addresses into multiple  columns, using secondary address columns when necessary.
  • Consistency is key. Always use the same columns for the same type of data.
  • Use only standard abbreviations for States, as well as words like Street, Circle, Court, Highway, etc. Otherwise, spell the word out.

Accurate Address Services

Before we use your address list, we cross-reference it with the latest database and correct any addresses that have recently changed. We also run a “Dedupe” on your list to make sure you don’t pay twice for the same person or address.

Presorted Marketing Mail

This is typically your most cost-effective option. Minimum 200 pieces. Delivers in 3-5 business days depending on distance.

Presorted First Class

Minimum 500 pieces. Delivers in 1-5 business days depending on distance.

Envelopes + Precancelled Stamps

Stamped envelopes are more likely to be noticed among the mail. Pre-canceled stamps can be used for any class of mail, First Class pre-cancellation is 500 pieces, and Standard pre-cancellation is 200 or more.
